HOW LONG WILL MY VISIT LAST?

The initial visit is usually an hour and a half. We will ask you to complete our intake forms before meeting with your therapist for your evaluation. We will also initiate treatment on your first visit. Subsequent visits usually last about an hour, depending on your program.

DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION?

Generally we do advise our patients to see a physician prior to starting treatment with us. Most insurance companies require a prescription to certify the medical necessity of physical therapy.

DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICARE?

Yes, we are contracted Medicare providers (Part B). However, if you are receiving home health services of any kind through Medicare Part A, your benefits may be limited. Please let us know if you are receiving home health prior to starting your treatment.

WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Medicare assignment and are in-network with Blue Cross, Blue Shield, SAG, Motion Picture, DGA, Writers’ Guild, Aftra, Delta Health System, and Tricare. We also accept other insurances such as United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Healthnet, and more at the out of network level and are willing to work with our patients to achieve a reasonable cost per visit.

IF I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE, HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

We do accept patients on a cash-paying basis. Your rate will depend on your specific program.

HOW MUCH WILL MY INSURANCE COVER?

Each insurance policy is different and each treatment program is different. However, we are happy to verify your insurance coverage and benefits prior to your therapy. We will advise you with the most accurate information and approximations available.

HOW SOON CAN I START?

We can generally offer an appointment within 24-48 hours. We try to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.

WHAT CLOTHES DO I NEED TO WEAR DURING THERAPY?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes. If necessary, we will provide you with a gown for use in our private treatment rooms.

WHERE EXACTLY ARE YOU LOCATED?

DO YOU HAVE PARKING? DO YOU VALIDATE?

Our building has a parking structure underground, however we do not validate. There is parking available on the surrounding streets, but please pay attention to all posted signs.

ARE YOUR THERAPISTS LICENSED?

Yes, all of our therapists are California licensed.

DO YOU TREAT MINORS?

Yes. We treat patients of all ages. For patients under the age of 18 years of age, we will require parents/ legal guardians to sign an authorization form.
